I've never liked seafood, still don't.
But growing up JP loved clams, so, of course, we would have them for dinner quite often. I never looked forward to those meals, but I think I can handle these clams!
I used a candy mold to make the shells out of white chocolate. I rolled out my mini cake-pop balls and coated them in pearl decorating dust for the extra shimmer.
And do you want to know the secret trick?
While the chocolate was in the mold, I placed measuring spoons in the hardening chocolate to form a perfect indentation for the cake ball to rest.
The result: these cute little clams!
And you probably thought I was going to feature Ivar's or something.... Not a chance.
Thanks, Pam, for the authentic Ocean shells!

This is my favorite so far... really creative and they look great! Definitely a good one. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Michelle- these ones were a little more time consuming, but definitely fun :)
