The Joshua Tree.
Now, I realize that I didn't exactly make a Joshua tree here. Instead, I decided to go with my own version of the cake pop tree (which actually works great as a centerpiece).
So, perhaps you can say that I created the very firstJoshua Cake Pop Tree.
How about that?
U2 has always been my favorite band.
Growing up I would say that they definitely provided the soundtrack to my house, if not my childhood. Which is almost certainly the reason I associate U2 and their early songs with my brother.
It's hard to explain what I like to much, except to say that whenever I'm unhappy, or can't decide what to listen to, as soon as I put in U2 everything just seems to be okay.I don't think you can really place them in a particular era or musical genre because they're timeless and have continued to make great music for the last 30 years.
U2 will always have a special place in my heart.
So, today we give it up for The Edge, Clayton, Mullen,
and of course Bono!
Where were you in '87?
I loved U2, too. I love the music of my high school days. I also liked Hootie and the Blowfish.
