Rice Krispies Treats Day

It's Rice Krispies Treats Day!
They're not exactly Halloween Cake Pops because they're Rice Krispies, but they'll work for today's purposes.

The rules of today are simple:
Make Rice Krispy Treats, Eat Rice Krispy Treats,
Make AND Eat Rice Krispy Treats.

But, if you know me, you know that sometimes
I like to make my own rules!

I mentioned that Halloween was my favorite holiday and more spooky treats were on the way, so here are my Frankenstein Rice Krispy Treat Pops!

Snap! Crackle! Cake Pop!

  6. I don't have a tutorial for these yet, but the pop is just a regular rice krispy treat. The hair is black jimmies, and the eyes are from Wilton. Hope that helps!

  7. Love these! Did you use candy melts or something else for the coating?
    Thanks

  8. Thanks Tina. Yes, the coating was candy melts. If you wanted to skip this step, just add green food coloring to your marshmallows before mixing in the Rice Krispies.
