Day 11: Christmas Cake Pops - White Elephant

Okay, I've got the perfect White Elephant gift idea...
White Elephant Cake Pops!
How perfect is that?!?

They're actually not as difficult to make as you might think.
The nose and ears are just rolled out fondant. Draw on the mouth and eye brows, place the candy eyes and
you're pretty much done.

I modeled these after the cake pops I made for
Elephant Appreciation Day earlier this year.

If you don't give these White Elephants as a gift, you should definitely think about serving them. They'd make a wonderful addition to any dessert table this holiday season!

  1. I love this play on "white elephant" and Christmas. Very clever and very unexpected- brought a chuckle. It is just a darling little elephant. Makes me want to throw a White Elephant party this year.
