Cocktails, anyone?!?
It's Happy Hour somewhere in the world right now,

Margarita and Martini Cake Pops are on me!!!
These are fairly simple to make by molding the cake into a triangle shape.
I double dipped the rim in white candy melt, and coated the rim of the "margarita" in sugar sprinkles.
The bottom of the "glass" is a white candy melt. I used the sharp end of a bamboo skewer to poke the hole in the candy melt and slid it through.
The olive on the "martini" is a green jelly bean.
And I absolutely love this green color for the margaritas. It was made from the light green candy melts from Make 'n Mold.
The lime is one of those candy melts cut in half.
Enjoy!
