Show the one you love with a Box of Chocolates Cake Pop!
This is my cake pop twist on a Valentine's Day staple...
First, I shaped the pops by flattening the cake/frosting mixture between two pieces of wax paper until about 1" thick. Then, I used the double heart cookie cutter in this set of mini Wilton cutters to create the shape of the pop by cutting into the cake. Next, I chilled the pops for about 15 minutes before dipping them in red candy melt. After the candy coating hardened, I used a Make 'N Mold Decorating Bottle to outline the pops. And finally, I used a decorating bag and #2 tip to create the mini chocolates. Mini chocolate chips would also work.
Hope you all have a great Valentine's Day with the ones you love!
